At Jerry’s Sawmill Supplies, we offer professional blade resharpening services to keep your sawmill running at optimum performance.
With over 25 years of experience and state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure your blades are sharpened and reset with precision and care, resulting in a blade which is as good as new.
The process consists of:
- Blade cleaning and inspection

Cleaning and Inspection
We use an automatic cleaning machine to remove resin, debris, and buildup. After this, blades are thoroughly checked for stress cracks, broken teeth, and other damage. If a blade is beyond repair, we will contact you before proceeding.
Blade Resharpening
Sawmill blades are resharpened using a fully profiled CBN wheel to match the original tooth profile from the factory precisely. This process ensures minimal 'stress' to the metallurgical properties of the blade, resulting in a long-lasting, efficient blade.
Blade Setting
At Jerry’s Sawmill Supplies, we use precision equipment to restore each blade’s set to its original configuration. Accurately setting blade teeth back to factory specifications is essential for achieving a smooth, straight cut with minimal deviation.
